Account Manager Axis has something great to offer We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Italian sales team. This is a remote based role based in the Bologna area. Our products and solutions focus on security surveillance and remote monitoring based on innovative modern and open technology platforms. This is a Swedish-based company with around 5000 employees in more than 50 countries. Here we bring together talented and creative people working towards the same goal - innovating for a smarter safer world What will you do as Account Manager As an Account Manager your responsibility will be to promote and to sell Axis solutions and products. The position requires you to spend time in the field to educate both current and potential partners through for example partner meetings site surveys seminars trainings webinars and events. The Account Manager will work closely with the rest of our SalesTeam to create the best possible sales process. Travels in the North and Center regions in Italy and sometimes international travels are required. Identify and manage strategic partners Develop a business plan for the responsible area Cooperates with both marketing team and the rest of the sales team to develop business Actively participate in trade shows seminars academies webinars and other promotional sales activities Takes responsibility for supporting with trainings and partner event Coach and train customers on new tools and / or new solutions launched to approach the market Set annual targets with your manager and continuously follow up KPIs. Degree in Business Administration / Engineering 5 years in the role of sales Good understanding of 2 tier sales model Strong account management and team‐building skills Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills Experience in the IT industry Knowledge of the physical or cyber security market will be an advantage Fluency in Italian Good understanding in English What can Axis offer At Axis you will be working within an international organisation surrounded by enthusiastic people in an open‐minded and innovative culture.
