Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A., il più importante Exhibition & convention provider italiano per eventi in proprietà, sta cercando un/a PRODUCT MARKETING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER da inserire presso la sede di Rimini per la Divisione Tourism & Hospitality.

📝 Strategia e Posizionamento del Brand
Sviluppare la Strategia di Marketing: Ideare, pianificare e supervisionare l'intera strategia di marketing per i prodotti della Tourism & Hospitality Division, garantendo l'allineamento agli obiettivi aziendali.
Brand Identity e Brand Image: Definire, sviluppare e curare la Brand Identity e la Brand Image distintive per ciascun prodotto/evento della divisione, assicurandone la coerenza su tutti i canali.

Piani di Marketing e Execution
Realizzazione dei Piani: Assicurare l'efficace realizzazione dei piani di marketing operativi.
Marketing Mix: Curare l'implementazione delle leve di marketing mix più efficaci, calibrate per i diversi target.
La conoscenza del brand e dei prodotti (Brand Awareness).
I risultati commerciali e di vendita degli spazi/servizi (Massimizzazione ROI).
Gestione dei Buyer e Business Development
Opportunità di Business: Sviluppare e implementare strategie per l'identificazione, l'ingaggio e la partecipazione dei buyer con l'obiettivo primario di generare nuove e interessanti opportunità di business (matching B2B) per gli espositori.

💼 Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Economia o discipline affini.
Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo preferibilmente nel settore Tourism & Hospitality, Eventi o Fieristico .
Eccellenti capacità analitiche per l'analisi delle performance (KPI, ROI) e la redazione di report strategici.
Solida esperienza nella definizione di Brand Strategy, Brand Positioning e Marketing Mix.
Mentalità orientata all'innovazione della Customer Experience e Customer Journey .
Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese (scritto e parlato)
