Responsabilità

  • Activate and commission systems on-site from start-up to fine-tuning
  • Perform on-site checks to validate functionality and proper operation
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure complete handover of systems
  • Diagnose and resolve commissioning issues to ensure a clean launch
  • Document commissioning results and service actions in digital forms and reports
  • Maintain records of system configurations, updates, and issue history
  • Contribute field or remote platform insights to improve reliability and UX
  • Use remote tools to monitor status, performance, and alerts across sites
  • Analyze data logs and dashboards to detect malfunctions or deviations
  • Coordinate on-site interventions only when required by remote diagnostics
  • Schedule or trigger preventive tasks and firmware updates from a central interface
  • Represent the technical side on-site during commissioning and remotely during operation
  • Provide clear, actionable guidance to field teams or clients
  • Maintain safety, uptime, and performance as priorities
  • Stay alert to system behaviour and communicate effectively

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Educational background in Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related technical field
  • Understanding of basic control systems, signal types (digital/analog), and low-voltage installations
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Hands-on experience wiring, commissioning, or troubleshooting field devices
  • Ability to connect and configure field components per wiring diagrams or project plans
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as DALI, Modbus, 0–10V, KNX, BACnet (basic level)
  • Capability to perform functional tests, verify inputs/outputs, and confirm system behavior
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, methodical and calm under pressure
  • Safety-first attitude and knowledge of electrical/site protocols
  • Good communication skills for interactions with teams, clients, and supervisors
  • Flexibility to work in dynamic field environments and under time pressure
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Fluent in Italian and good English
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites
  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend work during commissioning
