Overview In this role you will lead the Maintenance & Engineering organization at a large manufacturing site, driving reliability, uptime and continuous improvement. You will align with production to address operational challenges, manage capital projects and budgets, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring health, safety and regulatory compliance. You will work in a multinational industrial environment focused on operational excellence. Lead the maintenance and engineering organization across a 300-employee site, coordinating a multidisciplinary team of 20+ professionals Manage engineering function including investments, capital projects and technical development initiatives Oversee maintenance and engineering budgets and external partners for cost efficiency and quality Collaborate with Production and other functions to optimize plant performance and foster continuous improvement Build and develop a high-performing team with emphasis on Health, Safety & Compliance and regulatory adherence Degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable technical qualification Minimum 5 years of people management experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in manufacturing; packaging industry is a strong advantage Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, reliability, root cause analysis, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologies Experience managing maintenance projects, capital investments, budgets and external contractors with focus on cost optimization and efficiency Good command of English cross-functional collaboration industrial maintenance equipment reliability root cause analysis
