Principali attività:
Collabora strettamente con il Dipartimento di Medicina per stabilire un'impronta medica per i Laboratori Guidotti.
Stabilisce, sviluppa e gestisce relazioni di collaborazione con i principali esperti medici e opinion leader italiani in relazione ad eventuali aree patologiche attuali e future rilevanti per il Laboratorio Guidotti (area diabete in particolare).
Promuove la sensibilizzazione alla malattia fornendo formazione medica esterna e, quando appropriato, l'istituzione di programmi scientifici locali, come simposi, consigli consultivi regionali o riunioni scientifiche in conformità con i rispettivi piani di malattia dei Laboratori Guidotti.
Coordina e contribuisce attivamente a tutte le attività di pre-lancio e del ciclo di vita dei prodotti pipeline.
Fornisce supporto medico e informazioni mediche su richieste HCP non richieste relative a qualsiasi prodotto in linea e in linea di Laboratori Guidotti, in conformità con i processi Menarini e le normative italiane.
Partecipa attivamente alle interazioni scientifiche ed educative con gli specialisti terapeutici sugli aspetti diagnostici e clinicamente rilevanti di qualsiasi area terapeutica in cui operano i Laboratori Guidotti.
Localmente facilita qualsiasi programma di accesso paziente (EAP) per affrontare esigenze mediche non soddisfatte.
Raccoglie informazioni competitive e approfondimenti di mercato all'interno della regione sui metodi diagnostici e paradigmi terapeutici di qualsiasi area terapeutica rilevante per i Laboratori Guidotti.
Supporta attivamente le conoscenze mediche interne (rappresentanti) su qualsiasi aspetto relativo alla malattia e al prodotto.
Gestisce/supporta aspetti locali di sperimentazioni avviate da ricercatori o altri progetti di ricerca; su richiesta tramite Global Clinical Operations, supporta l'iscrizione dei pazienti ai Laboratori Guidotti per le sperimentazioni cliniche.
Garantisce l'eccellenza legale e la conformità in tutte le attività mediche secondo le SOP di Laboratori Guidotti e le normative locali.
Requisiti:
Un forte background di formazione in scienze biologiche.
Dottorato di ricerca (MD, PhD, PharmD) è preferibile.
Capacità di comprendere e comunicare efficacemente informazioni scientifiche e mediche sia ai clienti interni che a quelli esterni.
Mobile, disposto a viaggiare molto nella regione.
Forti capacità di comunicazione, stile aperto e proattivo.
La conoscenza dell'inglese è essenziale.
Luogo di lavoro: Centro sud Italia.
