About the role
The Product Manager is the technical and commercial bridge between Eagle's module portfolio and the market — driving design-wins with customers while also equipping Eagle's own sales team to sell effectively. You will run technical discovery and product demonstrations for OEMs and system integrators, and in parallel build the collateral, competitive intelligence, and training that help account managers, FAEs, and channel partners close deals with confidence. Own the technical sales motion for Eagle's Io T and Automotive cellular module portfolio (Cat-M, Cat 1 bis, Cat 1, Cat 4, 5 G), from initial customer inquiry through design-in. Conduct technical discovery with customers and match their connectivity requirements to the appropriate Eagle module; deliver presentations, demos, and evaluations to OEMs, system integrators, and distributors. Design and deliver product training and onboarding for account managers, FAEs, and channel partners, covering Eagle's module portfolio, carrier certifications, and regulatory landscape. Partner with product management to translate technical specs into customer-facing value messaging, and feed customer input back into the product roadmap. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3–7 years in a technical sales, product specialist, FAE, sales enablement, or product marketing role in the wireless, Io T, or semiconductor sector. Familiarity with LPWA, LTE, 5 G, and NTN cellular standards, and with cellular module products Demonstrated ability to translate technical product information into compelling, customer-facing sales narratives, and to develop training content for a distributed sales team. comfortable with both executive and engineer audiences.
