Location: Milano (In presenza) | Impegno: Part-time / Freelance (1 mattina a settimana x 12-4 settimane) Chi stiamo cercando Stiamo cercando un Senior ML Engineer o AI Engineer con forte vocazione al mentoring per guidare un neonato team di Data Scientist in un percorso di crescita tecnica "From Zero to Production". Il team ha solide basi di modellistica, ma necessita di acquisire le best practice di Software Engineering per portare i propri modelli in produzione in autonomia. Non cerchiamo lezioni frontali o slide teoriche. Cerchiamo un approccio Hands-on / Project-Based. Dovrai guidare il team nello sviluppo di un'applicazione reale (un sistema RAG aziendale) partendo da zero fino al deployment, dedicando 4 ore a settimana presso la nostra sede a Milano. Cosa farai Mentoring Tecnico: Guidare sessioni di live coding e pair programming. Code Review: Revisionare il codice del team durante la settimana (o durante la sessione) per imporre standard di qualità. Engineering Culture: Insegnare a scrivere codice pulito, testabile e modulare, abbandonando la logica dei soli Notebook. Architecture: Supervisionare le scelte architetturali (Microservizi, API design, Dockerizzazione). Stack tecnologico Dovrai avere padronanza assoluta (e saper insegnare) le seguenti tecnologie: Modern Python: Typing, Poetry/Uv, Project structure, Linting (Ruff/Black). Testing: Pytest, Mocking, Integration tests. Backend & API: FastAPI, Pydantic, concetti REST. Containerization: Docker, Docker Compose. LLM & AI: LangChain/LlamaIndex, integrazione API OpenAI/Anthropic, Vector DB (Chroma/FAISS), RAG Pipelines. Frontend (Base): Streamlit (gradita conoscenza base di interazione Frontend-Backend). Mentor/Coach ideale Sei un professionista che scrive codice di produzione quotidianamente. Hai esperienza nel portare progetti ML/AI in produzione (non solo PoC). Hai pazienza e passione nel trasmettere concetti complessi a chi ha un background diverso (statistico/matematico). Sei residente/domiciliato a Milano e disponibile a lavorare in presenza Contratto Contratto a P.IVA / Collaborazione a progetto. Durata stimata: 12 settimane (rinnovabili).
