Maintenance Engineer – Ice Cream Division

Magnum Ice Cream Company is the world’s largest ice‑cream company, with 19,000 colleagues and iconic brands such as Walls, Cornetto and Ben & Jerry’s. As a Maintenance Engineer you will support the production lines at the Caivano factory, ensuring efficient operation, eliminating losses and waste, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan and oversee repair and installation activities, balancing preventive and corrective maintenance based on cost/benefit priorities.
Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System (quality, environment, health and safety).
Advance safety improvements and implement UMS Unilever Manufacturing Standards.
Support KPI implementation and analyze processing performance data.
Implement digital innovation projects.
Engineering Master’s Degree (Industrial or Mechanical preferred).
Italian mother tongue, proficient in English.
Problem‑solving, creative thinking, attention to detail, data‑driven.
