You will be responsible for: Conducting analysis sessions with clients to gather both functional and technical requirements related to business and HR processes, with a focus on the HCM domain; Proactively participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions; Training users on the implemented solutions; Creating effective visual presentations to support communication and solution adoption; Acting as a mentor and Team Leader for junior consultants. Required Skills At least 4 years of experience in the HCM field, with a deep understanding of HR processes and proven experience using the Talentia management system. Proficiency in C# development and working with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server); Experience integrating systems through REST APIs; Ability to work in a global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and within virtual teams; Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken; Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies; Familiarity with Success Factors, and Workday solutions is considered a plus.
