Join Quickparts as a Program Manager (IM) and work within our Sales team to manage injection‐molding based projects from RFQ through final delivery.
Quickparts powers the world's product continuum by providing end‐to‐end manufacturing solutions—including CNC machining, injection molding, and 3D printing—for customers in mobility, aerospace, medical devices, and defense. Our mission: accelerate innovation through precision‐engineered parts that meet the highest quality and reliability standards.
Organized and energetic, the Program Manager will manage operations related to project management and customer service—overseeing RFQs and quotations, coordinating with clients, production, and external suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of quality parts. The role demands rigorous deadline and specification management in a fast‐paced environment.
Technical Project Leadership Participate in project reviews to evaluate requirements and technical feasibility with internal experts.
Define scope, timelines, and priorities to align with customer requirements and business objectives.
End‐to‐End Project Execution
Coordinate closely with production teams to track progress and ensure deadlines and specifications are met.
Manage day‐to‐day communication with customers, providing transparent, regular progress updates and expectation management.
Work with external suppliers to support project execution and quality outcomes.
Logistics & Continuous Improvement
Track product shipments to ensure on‐time delivery and compliance with specifications.
Collect post‐delivery customer feedback to assess satisfaction and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Expert knowledge of injection molding; familiarity with 3D printing, CNC, and vacuum casting is a plus.
Degree in engineering, mechanical design, plastics processes, or a related field.
Significant experience managing manufacturing projects, particularly short‐cycle projects with tight deadlines and strict specifications.
Ability to prepare quick, accurate quotations considering technical specifications and production costs.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills for customers, internal teams, and suppliers.
Fluent Italian; good level of English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; good knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and 3D viewer software.
Office‐based in Pinerolo (TO), with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
As the Program Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project execution while working with cutting‐edge manufacturing technologies.
