From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are seeking a creative, strategic, and brand-oriented Events Manager in Madison House Milan, right in the heart of Milan.
Define and implement the events strategy for the pre-opening phase and the initial months of operation.
· Develop and manage a rolling 6–12 month events calendar, including social, cultural, wellness, culinary and music programming.
· Work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment with the club's mission, values and brand positioning.
· Plan, coordinate and deliver events of different scales, from intimate workshops to large-scale, high-profile celebrations.
· Identify, establish and manage partnerships with cultural institutions, F& B brands, artists, speakers and industry professionals.
· Oversee event budgets, KPIs and performance metrics to ensure financially sustainable and high-quality programming.
· Collect feedback, analyze performance and continuously refine and improve the events calendar and formats.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience in events management, hospitality or lifestyle programming, preferably within members' clubs or luxury environments.
Proven experience in conceptualizing, planning and delivering exclusive and successful events.
Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P& L and event-related KPIs.
Established network of partners, suppliers, artists, speakers and wellness professionals.
Highly creative, proactive, energetic and well-organized, with strong attention to detail.
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
