Job Description We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our R&D Lab Advanced Technology, in our HQ in Piombino Dese (PD). She/He will interact with the several stakeholders in order to understand and solve issue related to actual product and process. She/He will be focused also on research and development activities for new product and process through the understanding of the physical phenomena that will drive the technologies or the processes. She/He will be involved in the following activities: Conduct fundamental or applied research to improve or develop products, components, materials, or application. Plan, design, and conduct projects according to the established scientific methods, principles, and theories to resolve the existing problems and to create process link to statistical and scientific data. Design Experiment according to DoE and statistical approach Planning and execution of the project (estimate the costs, resources, and time required) Data analysis, elaboration and reporting Good knowledge of instruments, method development and test execution Root cause analysis Collaboration with external parties and joint laboratories for investigation in materials properties through costume designed test environments for unconventional geometries. Develop and maintain technical expertise on advances and innovations in research and science Qualifications Master’s degree in Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical, Biomedical application or equivalent. Knowledge in physical, chemical and mechanical properties of different classes of materials (e.g. glass, polymers/rubbers and metals). Knowledge on the interactional phenomena in interfaces between two identical or different materials is a plus. Knowledge on prototyping and bench unit. Possibly experience also on automatic/semi-automatic industrial or semi-industrial line. Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistic for this purpose. DOE approach (Green belt, lean 6 sigma methodology is a plus). Knowledge on software (Project, Minitab, imageJ, matlab, phaython). Good Knowledge on project management. Quality-oriented, conscientious, creative and cooperative. Strong communication skills and fluent in English language. Knowledge of laboratory equipment: Tensile machines (dynamometer) Customized equipment (load cell, sensors, etc) Microscopic/optical-based instruments is a plus Knowledge instrument calibration (and preferred metrology) is a plus #LI-DNI Adherence to Stevanato Group’s Values: Trust and respect everyone; Be accountable; Be ethical, always; Listen and communicate with transparency and honesty; Deliver results #J-18808-Ljbffr
