Overview In this role you will drive and optimize credit management performance within a cross-functional team. You will collaborate with external partners and internal business functions to improve collection outcomes, compliance, and efficiency, while shaping digitalised end-to-end processes. You will translate operational data into actionable recommendations to support growth and regulatory alignment. This is an opportunity to influence collections strategy at scale in a leading energy company. Drive credit management performance by monitoring metrics and delivering data-driven improvements Coordinate external collection partners and ensure high-quality execution for positive customer outcomes Develop and implement innovative credit management procedures with a focus on digitalisation Transform data into business decisions by analyzing operations and building business cases Ensure accurate payment reconciliation across multiple channels and increase automation Oversee collection operations and compliance, ensuring alignment with TIMG and TIMOE regulations Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification Experience in credit management and customer processes Knowledge of debt collection regulations (TIMG, TIMOE) MS Office, SQL and credit management systems expertise (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Net@, SAP, Salesforce) Leading digitalisation and innovation capabilities Collaborative, growth-driven team player with stakeholder management skills English language proficiency Cross-functional collaboration Excel Access PowerPoint
