Chaberton Professionals , divisione di Chaberton Partners dedicata alla ricerca e selezione di profili di Middle and Top Management, è attualmente alla ricerca di un Cluster People & Culture Manager , per una realtà facente del settore del Hotellerie di Lusso, in Toscana. Sarà quindi referente per le due strutture della proprietà, e farà base su Firenze .
La figura, a stretto contatto con i direttori generali e i responsabili dei dipartimenti di entrambe le unità, avrà l'obiettivo di implementare, raggiungere e mantenere gli obiettivi dell'hotel, guidando iniziative per attrarre, trattenere e coinvolgere i migliori talenti, promuovendo al contempo la diversità, l'equità e l'inclusione in tutti gli aspetti dell’organizzazione.
Principali mansioni e responsabilità:
Gestisce il processo di ricerca e selezione del personale, occupandosi del reclutamento, dello screening dei CV e dei colloqui.
Supervisiona processi di reclutamento e di onboarding, assicurando un'esperienza positiva per i nuovi assunti e un'efficace integrazione nella cultura dell'azienda.
Supervisiona gli aspetti amministrativi: avanzamenti di carriera, relazioni sindacali, licenziamenti, modifiche salariali, benefit, ecc.
Organizza tutti i corsi di formazione per il personale assunto, assicurando che tutti i dipendenti ricevano il giusto sviluppo
Gestisce i processi di valutazione delle prestazioni, fornendo indicazioni e supporto a manager e dipendenti per facilitare un feedback costruttivo e la definizione degli obiettivi.
Prepara il budget delle risorse umane da inserire nel budget generale dell'hotel.
Fornisce input alle risorse umane per il piano aziendale dell'hotel e controlla le componenti HR di questo piano su base continuativa.
Sviluppa e implementa strategie per migliorare il coinvolgimento, la soddisfazione e la fidelizzazione dei dipendenti.
Guida le iniziative per promuovere la diversità, l'equità e l'inclusione, favorendo una cultura di appartenenza e di rispetto per tutti i dipendenti.
Conduce indagini su salari/stipendi/benefici del mercato locale e raccomandare miglioramenti del piano retributivo dell'hotel.
Supervisiona e coordina tutte le questioni relative all'aderenza alla politica H&S.
Si tratta di un’opportunità che vedrà la risorsa essere coinvolta in un progetto stimolante all’interno di un ambiente di massimo livello.
Si offre: livello 1, CCNL Turismo, ral circa 45.000€, più MBO. Ingaggio a tempo indeterminato.
