Senior Business Development Manager Italy
Fully remote (Italy)
Reports to: Global Business Development Director
Language Requirements: English plus one regional language (Spanish or Italian)
In this role, you will lead the commercial market entry and early‐stage growth across Spain, Italy, and Portugal. This is a foundational role, responsible for establishing the commercial groundwork to enable scale and long‐term success.
Regional Go‐to‐Market & Strategy Plan and execute market entry for Spain, Italy, and Portugal
Define target customers, pricing, sales channels, and partner networks
Business Development & Sales
Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or channel roles in hardware, systems, or technology solutions. Focus on commercial markets, not B2C
Experience in building a business, client base, or market from scratch
Clear track record showing how opportunities were identified, pursued, and closed
Experience in B2B sales to distributors, installers, utilities, mobility providers, and commercial or industrial clients
Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Spanish or Italian)
