Consultant Technical&Engineering Ali Professional seleziona figura di: MEP Project Manager per azienda leader nella progettazione e installazione di impianti meccanici HVAC per clienti industriali presenti nei settori Advanced Technology, Data Center, Pharma. La risorsa si occuperà della supervisione e del coordinamento in cantiere di tutte le maestranze in subappalto per le attività impiantistiche di installazioni meccaniche.

Responsabilità

- Supervisione delle attività di cantiere relative agli impianti meccanici, con particolare riferimento a sistemi HVAC, piping e impianti di estrazione aria; - Gestione operativa dei rapporti con i responsabili della Committenza, la Direzione Lavori e le diverse maestranze coinvolte; - Coordinamento costante con il Construction Manager e i referenti tecnici di commessa per quanto riguarda la contabilità di cantiere e la gestione dei subappaltatori; - Monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento dei lavori, in relazione al cronoprogramma e alle fasi di installazione; - Verifica della disponibilità dei materiali necessari e coordinamento con i subappaltatori; - Controllo dell'esecuzione dei lavori nel rispetto delle norme di sicurezza, in collaborazione con la figura HSE di riferimento.

Requisiti

- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni in un ruolo analogo; - Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di disegni tecnici 2D; - Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office; - Costituisce requisito preferenziale il possesso della qualifica di preposto, unitamente alla formazione in materia di antincendio e primo soccorso; - Conoscenza di base della lingua inglese; - Disponibilità aeffettuare trasferte sul territorio. Completano il profilo ottime doti relazionali, capacità di risoluzione dei problemi, analisi e orientamento al risultato.
