Per azienda leader nel settore delle costruzioni, impegnata nella realizzazione di progetti innovativi e sostenibili, ricerchiamo sul territorio della Puglia una figura di Project Manager.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Gestire l'intero ciclo di vita dei progetti, dalla fase di pianificazione e progettazione all'esecuzione e consegna.
  • Supervisionare e coordinare le attività di team multidisciplinari, tra cui architetti, ingegneri, consulenti e operai.
  • Definire chiaramente gli obiettivi dei progetti, pianificare le risorse necessarie e monitorare il progresso per garantire il rispetto dei tempi e dei budget stabiliti.
  • Collaborare con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni, inclusi clienti, subappaltatori e autorità locali, per garantire una comunicazione efficace e la soddisfazione delle parti interessate.
  • Assicurare il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza sul luogo di lavoro e coordinare le attività di gestione dei rischi.
  • Identificare opportunità di miglioramento e implementare best practices per ottimizzare l'efficienza operativa.

Principali caratteristiche richieste:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Architettura o campo correlato.
  • Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti nel settore delle costruzioni.
  • Eccellenti competenze di leadership e capacità di gestire team complessi.
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle normative e degli standard del settore delle costruzioni.
  • Abilità di comunicazione eccellenti e capacità di negoziazione.
  • Orientamento alla risoluzione dei problemi e flessibilità nell'affrontare sfide in evoluzione.
  • Familiarità con strumenti e software di project management.
