Overview As a Solutions Engineer at Netskope, you drive customer-centric cloud security engagements and help translate complex security needs into practical solutions. Retribuzione / Benefits stock award program comprehensive health plan bonus plan eligibility salary and OTE disclosure for EU roles career development and leadership feedback equals opportunity employment Responsabilità Exceed sales targets and drive revenue through security-focused engagements Articulate Netskope architecture benefits to senior security and IT leaders Create and deliver product demonstrations, PoCs, and value-focused exercises Support regional customer success, resolving satisfaction issues cross-functionally Gather customer requirements and align them with the product as the best business solution Lead evaluation activities, including test plans and managing RFP/RFI responses Represent Netskope at trade shows, conferences, and seminars Provide competitive intelligence and differentiation insights Collaborate on proof-of-concept programs with customers and partners Assist in RFIs/RFPs and respond to customer inquiries with technical clarity Travel within the region as needed to advance opportunities Provide feedback to Product Management on feature requests from customers Requisiti fondamentali ~7+ years as a Solutions/System Engineer with proven ability to present to executives or architects ~ Strong customer empathy and drive for revenue and growth ~ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills ~ Ability to engage from whiteboard discussions to security architects and CISOs ~ Customer-focused and able to maintain composure with challenging customers ~ Experience with systems installation, configuration and administration (Linux, macOS, Windows) ~ Proficiency with mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and iOS/Android ~ Knowledge of certificates, key management, HSM and related protocols ~ Hands-on experience with information security solutions (Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, VPN, SAML/SSO, DLP, Data Security) and regex ~ Experience with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SD-WAN deployments and integrations ~ Experience with Active Directory (ADFS, Azure AD) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) ~ Scripting (Python) and REST API familiarity; advantageous with other vendor Cloud Security tools ~ Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CCSE, PCNSE, GCIH) and advanced network certs (CCNP/CCIE) optional ~ Bachelor's degree; preference for CS or related field ~ Willingness to travel within the region ~ Empathy for customers ~ Strong communication and presentation skills ~ Public speaking confidence ~ Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways ~ SAML/SSO, DLP, Data security ~ Regex expressions
