Women's RTW Merchandiser Assistant JR
We are looking for a Women's RTW Merchandiser Assistant with strong analytical skills, a deep product sensitivity, and a genuine passion for fashion. In this role, He/She will support the Merchandising team across strategic and operational activities, from competitive benchmarking to sales analysis, ensuring smooth processes before, during and after the sales campaign. He/She will play a key part in maintaining accurate databases, preparing business materials for management, and contributing to the evolution of our product strategy.
Support the Merchandising team with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Build and maintain sell-in and sell-out databases, ensuring accuracy and recurring updates.
Contribute to benchmark analyses to assess competitive positioning and inform product strategy.
Support Merchandisers during the Sales Campaign (style recaps, line sheets, product descriptions, PLM updates, technical materials).
Assist in developing and updating Training Manuals.
Previous experience in luxury fashion is highly preferred.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Power Point.
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) is a strong plus.
