Job Description - Drive architecture, engineering, and integration decisions and timelines across multiple teams and organizations - Establish business processes and policies, as well as metrics and indicators for success - Develop, report, and continually improve business performance metrics - Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals - Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs against developer experience, customer, experience, and time to market Main Activities This position is responsible for the Technical Program Management on a project – HPCs and Zone controllers which are the MAKE controllers for the platform across all 14 Brands. - Own planning and delivery of software built in the software organization - Work successfully with customers, leaders, and other engineering teams. - You foster constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues. - Cross‐Team Collaboration: Partner with Software Architects, Systems Engineers, and Software Developers to gather technical requirements for new tools and drive the adoption of the solutions you build.
