Proposal Manager / Tender Specialist:

We are looking for a Proposal Manager / Tender Specialist who will be responsible for following up tenders related to the design of civil works and transport infrastructures.

The successful candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in the field of civil engineering, particularly in the design of transport infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering (Civil) / Architecture;
  • Fluent English Language (at least B2 level);
  • Second language knowledge will be appreciated;
  • Ability to establish contacts with a wide range of partners;

Quality:

  • Planning & prioritization skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Prone to teamwork;
  • Willing to improve professional skills;
  • Responsible, organized, and dedicated;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
