Content Creation:
~ Scrivere, modificare e tenere aggiornata la documentazione tecnica (inclusi manuali utente, guide di installazione, guide di riferimento, API documentation, tutorial), utilizzando formati diversi (documenti, pagine web, video e tutorial interattivi), in uno stile e linguaggio appropriati all'utenza di riferimento
Collaborare con ingegneri, sviluppatori e altri esperti per raccogliere informazioni tecniche.
Comprendere i requisiti del prodotto e le specifiche tecniche
Content Management and Publishing:
Sipervisionare la traduzione della documentazione in altre lingue
Fornire supporto tecnico
Laurea in Comunicazione (Tecnica), Informatica, Ingegneria o titoli affini
Esperienza di circa 2-5 anni in ruoli che prevedano l'elaborazione di documentazione tecnica per prodotti software o hardware in diversi formati
Eccellenti capacità di scrittura e di editing
Familiarità con i principi di scrittura tecnica
HTML, Markdown)
Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Confluence, etc.)
