Per il potenziamento della nostra squadra di assistenza tecnica , siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un Field Service Technician. Attività principali: Eseguire interventi di installazione, formazione, manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria sugli strumenti, sia da remoto che presso le sedi dei clienti; Verificare il corretto funzionamento delle apparecchiature in fase di rientro; Fornire supporto tecnico a distributori internazionali e agenzie di assistenza; Operare nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali, degli standard di sicurezza e dei principi di integrità della società. Requisiti richiesti: Diploma tecnico in ambito meccatronico, elettromeccanico o affini; Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 4 anni; Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office; Conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata; Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e orientamento al cliente; Disponibilità a trasferte su territorio nazionale ed europeo; Offerta: Contratto full-time Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno commisurati all’esperienza e alle competenze del candidato Buoni pasto Premio di risultato Auto ad uso promiscuo Entrare in Bio-Optica significa far parte di un contesto professionale dinamico, in costante crescita, orientato all’innovazione e alla qualità del servizio.
