You'll join in the Private Banking BLIS Lending Italy Area. Less Liquid / Illiquid transactions include recourse-based lending with different types of securities (real estate, listed shares / margin loans, private shares etc) deal with the qualitative and quantitative analysis of transactions from a business and credit point of view.To be more precise for liquid transactions : i) market driven analysis of collateral; For less liquid / illiquid transactions : i) analysis of comprehensive wealth of borrower; ii) detailed analysis of collateral (real estate, listed shares, private shares etc); iii) analysis of underlying operating company fundamentals; iv) analysis of historical and prospective performance with business plan simulations; effectively interact with all internal stakeholders (e.g. network managers of Corporate and Wealth Management, credit officers, loan operations, legal office, tax office, etc.) and external (e.g. deal advisors, family offices, law firms for the stipulation of ad hoc legal documents etc.) proactively collaborate in managing qualitative and quantitively analysis. interact effectively with Head Office stakeholders and Network colleagues to smooth communication. manage reporting and senior management presentation for local and global meetings / committees. Skills required Bachelor / Master's degree in economics or management engineering . Italian native speaker or proficient level of knowledge. Fluent in spoken and written English. Good knowledge of Word, Power Point and Excel. Knowledge of the fundamentals of financial statement analysis. 1-2 years of work experience (or, alternatively, relevant internship experience) in the financial sector in activities related to the Corporate segment.
