Senior Product Owner – Technical Focus
Per un nostro cliente operante in contesto enterprise, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Product Owner Senior con solida esperienza nel ruolo e spiccate competenze tecniche , in grado di guidare l'evoluzione di prodotti digitali complessi lavorando a stretto contatto con team di sviluppo e stakeholder IT.
Il profilo ideale ha un approccio concreto e orientato alla delivery , capace di tradurre le esigenze di business in requisiti tecnici chiari e realizzabili, superando una visione puramente marketing-oriented del prodotto.
Responsabilità Definire e mantenere il product backlog , assicurandone coerenza, priorità e qualità Tradurre requisiti di business in user story tecnicamente strutturate e complete Collaborare quotidianamente con team di sviluppo, architetti e QA Partecipare attivamente a cerimonie Agile (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review) Valutare impatti tecnici, dipendenze e trade-off in fase di prioritizzazione
Supportare le decisioni di prodotto con un approccio data-driven Garantire l'allineamento tra roadmap di prodotto, vincoli tecnici e obiettivi di business
Requisiti 3+ anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Product Owner o ruoli affini Esperienza su prodotti digitali complessi (web, mobile, piattaforme enterprise) Solide competenze tecniche , tra cui: Architetture applicative
Integrazioni e API
Basi di sviluppo software e lifecycle applicativo
Ottima conoscenza dei framework Agile / Scrum Capacità di dialogare efficacemente con profili tecnici e non tecnici
Nice to have Background in sviluppo software, system integration o IT consulting Esperienza in contesti enterprise o multi-fornitore Certificazioni Scrum (PSPO, PSPO) o equivalenti Esperienza come Technical Product Owner
