BasicNet is the first marketplace in the clothing industry that owns several well-known brands in the apparel, footwear, and accessories market, including Kappa, Robe di Kappa, Jesus Jeans, Superga, K-Way, Sebago, Briko, Sabelt and Woolrich. Headquartered in Turin, Italy, the company operates on intangible aspects through a global network of licensees who produce and distribute its products, and offers various services to its network, such as research, development, global marketing, and information technology. For the opening of our new store in Turin, we are looking for Sales Assistants with proven retail experience and a strong customer-oriented approach—individuals who are enthusiastic to join the team and actively contribute to the store's success.
Greet customers and assist them throughout their shopping journey, providing attentive and tailored service;
Confidently embody the brand and its values in all interactions;
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed store sales goals;
Handle cash register operations and independently support back-office and stockroom tasks;
Ensure the store is consistently well-presented and adheres to brand standards.
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in premium retail;
Excellent sales skills and a natural talent for connecting with people;
Strong command of English.
