ATTREZZISTAPentair ha recentemente aperto una posizione per la figura di Attrezzista presso la nostra sede di Capriano del Colle (Brescia).In questo ruolo, l'attrezzista supporterà il Value Stream Group Leader bilanciando produttività a breve e lungo termine, mantenendo focus sull'obiettivo di produzione.Gestirà criticità e richieste del team, fornendo supporto all'ottimizzazione della produzione. Definirà priorità per mantenere il flusso di produzione rispetto alle richieste, mostrando leadership dinamica in grado di influenzare il team e superare le metriche SPQDCC.Avrà autonomia nell'implementazione e gestione degli ordini di produzione, inclusi aspetti operativi.
