A Marketing Project Manager for the Italian market that will report directly to the Head of Marketing. increase qualified traffic on the website through an efficient and optimised integrated marketing plan, SEO optimization, content and CRM
increase brand visibility through partnerships, PR actions, events and press - in partnership with the Italian PR agency
create content and formats for B2C and B2B channels
lead and supervise the online campaigns with briefings, marketing objectives and follow-up of the KPIs
work in synergy with contact center in order to work on a consistent Omni Channel Customer Journey and Experience
6-8 years of experience in the marketing field
~ Preferencial Background: Tourism / Luxury / Entertainment / Retail
~ Strong understanding of online marketing and e-commerce
~ Advanced knowledge of PPT and Excel, familiarity with Chat GPT and other AI tools
~ Italian and English working proficiency
