Hybrid work options Wellbeing support for employees and families Welfare plan with personalized services Canteen or meal vouchers Lead lifecycle projects for products after release for sales and coordinate multi-location teams Manage project costs, scheduling, and deliverables within a global setup Ensure requirements are met by partnering with business units and external resources Maintain customer value focus and manage expectations across stakeholders Handle product changes and customizations per ABB gate model from request to release for sales Collaborate with agile teams, operations, and sales to optimize response time, quality, and performance Transfer new products from development to operations with complete documentation ( drawings, BoM, instructions, manuals ) Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Experience in similar roles is a plus Fluent in Italian and English Cross-functional collaboration Project management Agile working with cross-functional teams
