Role Overview
Are you a Social Media and Community expert with experience in Web3 and a passion for football? If so, Modex has a truly unique opportunity for you. As a global player in the Web3 ecosystem, Modex is working with FIFA and other partners to digitalize the sport and football industries. We help clubs and federations design and implement strategies to capitalize on Web3 and Blockchain technologies to unlock new revenue streams and increase engagement.
We are looking for a Web3 Social Media and Community Manager who wants to embrace this unique opportunity with a hands-on approach and an entrepreneurial mindset. This person will be responsible for managing all our social media accounts and will focus on acquiring new users to grow the community and awareness about Modex and FIFA+Collect (our platform in partnership with FIFA).
Responsibilities
Plan posts/activities and manage all social media accounts (Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Meta) to attract, engage, and convert users and fans.
Design, write, and post content on all our social media accounts.
Plan, maintain, and moderate activities on Discord, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Meta.
Monitor and optimize all social media and email performances.
Benchmark and identify best-performing tools to optimize campaigns and spending.
Monitor all steps of the digital funnel to increase lead efficiency and conversion.
Support senior leaders in setting new targets for user growth and awareness.
Qualifications
3-5 years of solid experience in Social Media and Community Management (Web3 experience is a plus).
Solid expertise in creating posts (design, writing, posting, measuring) for all social media channels.
Solid knowledge of using Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Meta.
Knowledge and passion for new technology such as Web3, NFT, and blockchain.
Knowledge and passion for football (and sports in general is a plus).
Knowledge of digital marketing tools: Performance, Automation, SEO, Google Analytics, etc.
Passion and knowledge of the startup ecosystem and Agile Working Structure.
Growth-driven and international mindset with ambition to disrupt the market.
Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and networking skills.
Leadership, ownership, and organizational skills (with multitasking capabilities).
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately.
Excellent written and spoken skills in English and Italian (other languages are a plus).
