Your Role
Technogym is looking for a proactive and motivated Real Estate & Property Development Manager with strong technical expertise in architecture and a solid business-oriented mindset. This role will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company’s real estate portfolio, contributing to its development, optimization, and long-term value creation.
Your Impact
Manage and enhance the corporate real estate portfolio, planning maintenance, renovation, and development projects.
Coordinate construction and refurbishment projects, liaising with architects, engineers, suppliers, and contractors.
Conduct feasibility studies and financial evaluations for new real estate investments.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
Identify opportunities for optimization and expansion of the real estate assets.
Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Procurement, Finance) for contract and budget management.
Monitor real estate market trends and propose strategies for acquisition, disposal, or enhancement of properties.
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field; additional qualifications in Real Estate or Business Development are a plus.
Strong knowledge of building systems, construction regulations, and project management processes.
Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of discretion and reliability in handling sensitive information.
Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
