FACILITY SPECIALIST
Si offre : inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato con RAL entro i 40.000€.
Orario di lavoro: full time, dalle 8.30 alle 12.30 e dalle 13.30 alle 17.30 (il venerdì fino le 17 con 30 minuti di pausa pranzo).
supervisionare e coordinare i fornitori esterni per i servizi di pulizia industriale e uffici, vigilanza, gestione delle aree verdi e della segnaletica;
monitorare lo stato di conservazione di immobili, aree esterne, viabilità interna e impianti (elettrici, termici, idraulici, condizionamento);
SCIA, CPI), controllare le certificazioni degli impianti e mantenere aggiornati i registri obbligatori di legge (es. verifiche impianti di messa a terra);
gestire l'approvvigionamento dei materiali tecnici, occuparsi della consegna dei DPI ai nuovi assunti e monitorare i consumi energetici promuovendo interventi di efficientamento.
Diploma di scuola superiore, preferibilmente a indirizzo tecnico;
Nota importante: si valutano con forte interesse anche profili provenienti dalla manutenzione (elettrica o meccanica) che abbiano ottime doti organizzative e il desiderio di specializzarsi nel coordinamento e nella gestione dei servizi di facility;
ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici, in particolare Excel e preferibilmente software gestionali (programmi di gestione manutenzione);
buona capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico e delle planimetrie; gradita la conoscenza base di Autocad 2D;
