All inside one of the most strategic production poles in the industrial area of Filago (BG), Synthomer S.r.l. is specialised in the production of aqueous emulsion synthetic lattices of type NBR and SBR. Finalità del ruolo Provvedere alle attività logistico-produttive al fine di rispettare il programma di produzione pianificato, coordinando le proprie attività con quelle degli altri conduttori e delle altre funzioni aziendali (amministrazione, officine e laboratorio), al fine di garantire la massima efficienza dei lavori e il raggiungimento dei risultati comuni.
Attività principali Presidiare la sala quadri, l'andamento delle fasi del ciclo produttivo di NBR, SBR e dispersioni acriliche (preparazione manuale delle soluzioni, dosaggio, polimerizzazione, degasaggio e finitura) attraverso l'utilizzo del PLC, al fine di garantire lo svolgimento in sicurezza e qualità. Rendicontare le attività e garantire piena continuità produttiva attraverso la compilazione del quaderno delle consegne.
Eseguire la filtrazione prodotto finito mediante vibrovagli, al fine di ottenere le specifiche desiderate nel contenuto coagulo.
Effettuare analisi chimiche di controllo (secco e ph) durante le fasi di lavorazione al fine di monitorare e garantire che la produzione rispetti gli standard qualitativi aziendali.
Collaborare con capiturno e officine alla gestione degli impianti ausiliari di tutte le energie (es. raccolta e trattamento acque e rifiuti, caldaia e bruciatore, pompe vuoto, impianti acqua demi e gruppi frigo, compressori ecc.) al fine di garantire efficienza e sicurezza al ciclo produttivo. Segnalare guasti, anomalie e malfunzionamenti impiantistici al CT.
Gestire un impianto di trattamento acque reflue (flocculazione) al fine di garantire gli standard ambientali previsti dall'azienda.
Ricevere e provvedere allo scarico di materie prime liquide (es. butadiene ed acn) nei serbatoi di stoccaggio, materie prime imballate e materiale vario in ingresso (es. imballi, filtri, ecc.
