Retreat Coordinator / Hospitality Services The Retreat Coordinator / Hospitality Specialist will communicate with groups/organizations seeking to hold events at LLCCC, providing quotes and scheduling. The position will also coordinate with staff to ensure all aspects of the guest experience are exceptional. Primary Responsibilities - Provide clear, timely communication to guests and potential guests to schedule events at LLCCC. Issue accurate contracts and define needs prior to arrival. Communicate with guests and staff in a patient, courteous manner and anticipate needs as much as possible. Assist Program Director with summer programs and special events. Assist Business Manager with administrative and marketing duties as needed. Provide fast, courteous response to all inquiries about the use of LLCCC facilities. • Communicate in a clear, professional manner.
- Schedule groups appropriately to maximize facility usage while ensuring a great guest experience.
- Coordinate set-ups and facility usage prior to arrival.
- Schedule and coordinate with Operations Director the cleaning and preparation of facilities, training and inspecting results to meet standards.
- Provide a consistent example of a Christian Servant Leader.
- Exceed expectations.
- Provide additional administrative support as required.
