Senior Manager - SAP BTP at KPMG Italy Join to apply for the Senior Manager - SAP BTP role at KPMG Italy. Specifically, you will: Lead the design of SAP BTP application architecture, developing scalable solutions integrated with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, with emphasis on Integration Suite, SAP Build and Workflow Management. Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to gather strategic requirements, define functional blueprints, and oversee critical project phases from design through go-live. Coordinate delivery activities, testing, and change management, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and full adoption of solutions by the client. Manage relationships with complex public sector clients, contributing to new project opportunities, participation in tenders, and development of long-term partnerships. Lead project teams, nurturing the skills of junior consultants and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. You will be involved in national and international projects, collaborating with highly qualified professionals and working closely with clients in the public sector, including central administrations, local authorities, public agencies, and state-owned enterprises. Come As You Are – The Skills We're Looking For This opportunity is ideal for you if: You have at least 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a solid background in designing, implementing and governing complex solutions, particularly on SAP BTP, S/4HANA and integration with legacy and external systems. You have guided large-scale architecture and integration projects using components such as Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Build, Workflow Management and API Management. You are comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and C-level executives, defining strategic blueprints and supervising key project phases from design to go-live. You have experience in business development, participating in bids, presales activities and building long-term partnerships. You have led and grown multidisciplinary teams, valuing junior consultants and promoting a culture of innovation. You are fluent in English and accustomed to working in international contexts, including multi-country projects. You are willing to travel within Italy and abroad to ensure presence and continuity in strategic and operational phases.
