OCDP Progressive – Three- Year Advanced Training Course The goal of this program is to make dancers acquire awareness of their own body and personal potential, created in an environment designed to acquire a new way of approaching dance in the various technical and expressive elements for one’s professional career. OCDP Progressive – three-year advanced training course is an exclusive program that offers every dancer the opportunity to grow and study professionally. Willingness, professionalism, dedication with the joy and serenity of facing this path are the most important objectives for OCDP. Where: Studio: Via G.V.Schiaparelli 12, 37135 – Verona, Italy. When: From October 2024 to June 2027 Deadline for applications: September 2nd 2024 OCDP Progressive is a project that uses art as a training tool, with the aim of building not only an artistic background but also a real opportunity for growth and preparation for the world of work, the arts and entertainment. The Project welcomes young people from all over the world, with the aim of creating an art form that builds themselves and their future. The proposed objective is to integrate and enhance the artistic, technical and methodological skills of the dancers, in order to allow full mastery of the many cultural aspects of teaching, planning, creation and research in different social contexts, and artistic where dance is expressed. OCDP PROGRESSIVE – three-year advanced training course is a project strongly desired by those who believe in synergies, collaboration, innovation, the exchange between cultures and languages that lead to professional enrichment. It is a place where young talents can grow, train and exchange ideas. The headquarters of Oliva Contemporary Dance Project consists of a large space reserved for various professional training courses. A theater has been created inside where the dancers put themselves to the test through monthly choreographic residencies with internal, external and international choreographers, working closely to create a show to be staged. Being able to exhibit is a privilege and is essential for professional and artistic growth. TRAINING : Who is it for: – to dancers from 16 years of age of all nationalities. Requirements: – dancers who have already acquired a good foundation of classical and contemporary technique; Duration:

• three-year course with daily frequency from October to June;
• the hours of lessons will be 15/18 per week;

• classical technique
• contemporary technique
• pilates
• floorwork
• seminars with external teachers and choreographers
• duet
• repertoire of the Oliva Contemporary Dance Project company
• contact and improvisation
• showcases and choreographic residencies

How to apply: Auditions by link video, sent to progressive@ocdp.it . Shot contemporary solo max 2 minutes. Costs for participants: The annual cost is 4.000 euros. It’s possible to pay the course in four installments. (The installments are not returnable or refundable) To enroll in the course, you must be a member of the Oliva Contemporary Dance Project cultural association.
