Inoltre, svolge ruoli di guida, comunicatore, intrattenitore, memorabilia curator e musicista. Responsibilities Aprire le porte, in caso di necessità Dare il benvenuto e ringraziare i clienti Rispondere alle domande in modo accurato ed educato Mantenere l'area di attesa pulita e organizzata Rispondere al telefono Indirizzare i clienti verso le varie aree e i servizi Fornire supporto di security ai collaboratori, clienti e spettacoli Assistere i camerieri, gli addetti alle pulizie e i managers Gestire apertura e chiusura, pulizia dei bicchieri, manutenzione, ecc. Assicurare il pieno soddisfacimento di ogni cliente Organizzare eventi memorabili Intrattenere gli ospiti, creando 'Raving Fans' Qualifications Almeno 18 anni Capacità di piegarsi, alzarsi, stare in piedi per più di 8 ore Buona presenza e stile Rispetto delle direttive di uniforme, salute e sicurezza Capacità di mantenere calma in ambienti frenetici Elevata organizzazione, attenzione ai dettagli, senso di urgenza Atteggiamento positivo e amichevole Rappresentare i 5 valori chiave di HRC Formazione incrociata con Addetti alle Vendite possibile.
