Annual art installations rotate throughout the property in conjunction with the Venice Biennale. Inside, the hotel seamlessly blends contemporary style with Renaissance influences, boasting six-meter-high ceilings, wide corridors, grand staircases, and intricate details such as terrazzo floors, silk-covered walls, and Murano glass chandeliers, making it one of Europe's premier hotels for art exhibitions.
Serenity permeates the hotel's Longevity Spa, which features a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, jogging paths, a pitch & putt golf course, and a fully equipped kids' club – ensuring an unforgettable stay.

As Spa Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, service excellence, and strategic development of the Longevity Spa. You will be responsible for leading the spa team, maintaining the highest standards of wellness and guest experience, managing financial performance, and ensuring the spa remains a serene and luxurious retreat for guests.
Managing all operational aspects of the spa, including treatments, facilities, and retail
Leading, training, and motivating the spa team to ensure exceptional service delivery
Overseeing scheduling, reservations, and coordination of spa services
Ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all spa areas
Developing wellness programs, seasonal offers, and promotional packages
Managing spa inventory, product ordering, and supplier relationships
Monitoring revenue performance and supporting budget planning and forecasting
Implementing service standards and ensuring compliance with company policies
Handling guest feedback, complaints, and personalized service requests
Collaborating closely with Rooms, F& B, Marketing, and Events teams
Ensuring a calm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the resort's luxury standards
Previous experience as Spa Manager or senior spa supervisor in luxury hospitality
Strong knowledge of wellness treatments, spa operations, and premium spa brands
Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail
Proficiency with spa management systems and bookings software
Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
A leadership role within one of Europe's most prestigious luxury spa environments
