fornire assistenza ai clienti in ambito tecnico, amministrativo, commerciale e di retention garantendo alti standard qualitativi di servizio;
gestire le chiamate in entrata: rispondere tempestivamente alle domande e richieste dei clienti, fornendo risposte chiare e puntuali;
gestire gli appuntamenti di riparazione e le chiamate in uscita;
re-call sugli appuntamenti;
gestire il servizio telefonico inbound per la promozione di servizi e le relative attività di back office.
