Learn more about this role and how you can begin driving your career forward Role Purpose Participate to the project of transferring accounting processes currently managed by Dana Finance SSO Lithuania to a new provider in India "SSP" for all Allison Off Highway entities (AOH). Facilitate communication between local AOH team and SSP team, following up the performance of the SSP ensuring the sustainability of the service while helping local Finance team to guarantee compliance (regulatory-group and SOX), books accuracy and timely closings. Key Responsibilities Participate in transferring from current Shared Services SSO to SSP and related implications at local entity level. Coordinate accounting activities and communication between the SSP and the local AOH organizations, acting as the main point of contact. Monitor the performance of SSP and work as a team to improve constantly the quality of services provided. Cooperate to allow local AOH Finance team to ensure local fiscal regulations (also VAT), accounting standards and Group policies and internal/SOX controls. Collaborate with the local AOH organization and the SSP to improve processes and systems. Support local AOH Finance team on internal and external audits. Requirements Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in general accounting and financial closings, preferably in international environments. In-depth knowledge of local accounting principles. Knowledge of USGAAP and SOX is a plus. Strong proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools. Ability to coordinate and manage external service providers, previous experience with remote SSO is a plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong problem-solving skills and intercultural communication abilities. Soft Skills Collaborative leadership Proactive Results-oriented with attention to details.
