It's a place to refine your craft in a creative environment and to shape your own path with autonomy and care.Acqua di Parma, where timeless craft meets vibrant spirit.MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIESAs part of Acqua di Parma Italia reporting to the Field Manager, the Regional Key Account has the responsibility of an assigned territory (Piemonte, Liguria, Valle D'Aosta) for the achievement of specific sell -out targets and for the improvement of brand's positioning. In charge of all relationships and negotiations with retailers and guarantee right support and implementation to marketing and commercial plans, to achieve the right economic impact and ROI. The brands within the scope areAcqua di Parma & Maison Francis Kurkdjian.Take orders and implement the commercial plan, negotiate and follow sales agreements and payment's terms and conditions
Supervise the implementation of trade marketing plans
Make monthly reports and dashboards on retail & product sales KPIs including retail sales evolution per door and market analysis
Ensure product portfolio strategy at POS (full assortment, innovations) and optimal stock management
Be accountable for excellence in the execution of Visual Merchandising at POS, ensuring it is implemented following brand guidelines
Daily interaction with Acqua di Parma Italia & Maison Francis Kurkdjian departments.Strong sales background and negotiation skills in the beauty industry or retail
Business acumen: being able to seize new opportunities for the brand
Fluent in English
