Per importante gruppo bancario internazionale in forte crescita, che investe nel futuro e nella sostenibilità, orientato all'innovazione ed attento allo sviluppo del potenziale umano, selezioniamo laureati/e in materie economico-giuridiche ed umanistiche, ambiziosi, con entusiasmo, resilienza ed orientati al cliente.La risorsa sarà inserita nel team come Client Advisor- Assistente alla clientela e si occuperà principalmente di: Gestione e supporto alla clientela, al fine di garantire l'assistenza necessaria nello svolgimento di tutte le operazioni di pertinenza, e di consentire un'efficace gestione delle diverse esigenze; Supportare i colleghi nell'offerta di prodotti e servizi bancari e nel raggiungimento dei target qualitativi e quantitativi assegnati oltre che, a tendere, gestire un portafoglio di clienti in autonomia.Quali caratteristiche cerchiamo: Laurea triennale/magistrale in materie, economiche, giuridiche, quantitative, umanistiche; Conoscenza dellalingua inglese (B1) e/o Francese (B1); Proattività, empatia, capacità di relazionarsi con la clientela e con i colleghi; Attitudine alla formazione continua e all'autoformazione; Precisione e attenzione alla qualità del lavoro; Capacità di lavorare in velocità, riservatezza, professionalità; Spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali; Attitudini commerciali e capacità di adattamento.Cosa ti offriamo?
