Electrical Designer

The person we are looking for will work on electrical design in the field of industrial automation. He/she manages the design of electrical diagrams, component selection and technical documentation. He/she participates in meetings with customers, coordinates resources and time, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and the success of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and Development : Detailed design of electrical systems for industrial plants, including wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, component selection and technical specifications.Experience with electrical design software (e.g. EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Standards : Ensure that all projects comply with relevant electrical safety regulations and standards (IEC, IEC, etc.).
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration : Work closely with mechanical engineers, automation technicians and other stakeholders to ensure the effective integration of electrical systems with mechanical and automation components.
• Installation and Commissioning : Support the installation and commissioning of systems, ensuring that all electrical systems are properly integrated and function according to project specifications.
• Diagnosis and Troubleshooting : Expertise in the diagnosis and rapid resolution of electrical problems during the commissioning phase and subsequently in maintenance support.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education and Experience : Degree in Automation Engineering or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering. Consolidated experience (5 years) in electrical design for industrial automation, preferably in sectors such as manufacturing, steel or automotive.
• Technical knowledge : Thorough knowledge of industrial automation principles, electrical and control components (PLCs, sensors, actuators). Familiarity with electrical design software and simulation tools.
• Analytical Skills : Skilled in critical analysis of project requirements and solving complex technical problems.
• Communication and Teamwork : Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Quality Orientation : Aptitude towards precision and quality in work, with a strong sense of responsibility towards the safety and reliability of the designed system.
