Questa comprende al suo interno i brand STILL, BAOLI e Linde Material Handling, parte del Kion Group, gruppo internazionale leader nel settore del material handling e dell’intralogistica.
Il/la Credit Collector verrà inserita nell’area Credit Collection a diretto riporto dell’Head of Credit Collection and Treasury di KION ITS S&S Italia e si occuperà dell’attività di recupero crediti verso i clienti delle filiali e verso i concessionari.

  • Definizione e monitoraggio dell’affidabilità dei clienti
  • Elaborazione aging
  • Sollecito delle partite scadute (scritto e telefonico)
  • Negoziazione delle modalità di pagamento e dei piani di rientro
  • Conciliazione partite contabili, rimborsi
  • Predisposizione della reportistica periodica
  • Supporto alla rete commerciale per le problematiche di carattere creditizio
  • Preparazione pratiche per contenzioso stragiudiziale/giudiziale legale e relativo recupero documentazione necessaria

Tasks and Qualifications:

Requisiti:

  • Diploma in materie economiche; gradita laurea triennale (privilegiate in materie economiche / giuridiche)
  • Minimo 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo presso aziende strutturate e con gestione di un pacchetto clienti ampio
  • Spiccata capacità di negoziazione e doti organizzative
  • Persona volenterosa, precisa, affidabile con capacità e competenze relazionali
  • Buona capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale
  • Competenze personali quali approccio analitico, accuratezza e precisione, flessibilità, attenzione al cliente, capacità di gestione della relazione
  • Attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi e predisposizione a lavorare in gruppo
  • Conoscenza SAP
  • Fluente in inglese
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto Office, soprattutto di Excel/Word
