System Engineer – Concept Design

La figura seguirà principalmente l'esecuzione delle attività di progettazione concettuale, in termini di coordinamento tecnico, impostazione e monitoraggio del flusso di lavoro, approccio metodologico, nonché documentazione e gestione della conoscenza/IP.

Principali attività:

Riportando al responsabile del Concept Design, l'ingegnere di sistema dovrà:
- raccogliere proposte o idee di nuovi concept, supportandone la fase di generazione, garantendo che siano presenti tutti gli elementi tecnici e progettuali
- seguire i compiti di fattibilità del concept, supportando i Concept Leader e le aree tecniche, concentrandosi su obiettivi e insight di fattibilità;
- agire, quando richiesto, come Concept Leader per il/i concept assegnato/i, occupandosi dell'esecuzione e dei risultati del concept;
- garantire l'allineamento e le sinergie tra i compiti concettuali nonché il corretto riutilizzo delle soluzioni esistenti;
- interagire con i responsabili di area/funzione e con i responsabili di Concept, per garantire metodi, competenze e risorse necessarie per svolgere le attività;
- interagire con la funzione IP, per garantire la libertà di operare e la brevettabilità delle soluzioni concettuali;
- aggiornare la documentazione, integrando i contributi dei leader;
- supportare il responsabile del Concept Design per qualsiasi altro compito richiesto.

Requisiti:

- Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibile: MS Ingegneria Aerospaziale)
- Conoscenza di base delle discipline tecniche (preferibile: materie aerospaziali/elicotteri)
- Conoscenza/esperienza di base nella progettazione (preferibile: progettazione di veicoli, ingegneria dei sistemi, progettazione dei sistemi, gestione dei requisiti)
- Buon livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Buone capacità di documentazione tecnica
- Buone capacità di scrittura e comunicazione
- Conoscenza base delle suite di produttività (Excel, PowePoint, Project)
- Conoscenza base degli strumenti analitici (Matlab o simili)
- Conoscenza/esperienza di base nell'analisi dei dati
- Comprovata attitudine al lavoro di squadra e alle relazioni umane
- Buona attitudine all'innovazione e al pensiero fuori dagli schemi
- Buona attitudine proattiva e di problem solving in contesti non definiti/sconosciuti
