Senior Transfer Pricing Consultant | Bologna

We are recruiting a professional to join our Transfer Pricing team in Bologna, who will perform international tax analyses to establish the transfer prices of goods, services and financial transactions between companies in the same industrial or financial group, in order to determine the proper tax base in each tax jurisdiction in which the group operates.
Structure and perform compliance analyses with Italian tax regulations and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines under the supervision of senior consultants;
Analyze the value chain of multinational groups through interviews with management;
Set up and oversee the execution of benchmarking analyses;
Draft transfer pricing documentation under the supervision of senior consultants;
Support senior consultants in assisting clients during tax audits and litigation procedures related to transfer pricing.
2 to 4 years of experience in Transfer Pricing;
~ Excellent knowledge of English;
~ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
~ Flexible and dynamic approach.

A post-graduate specialisation in Tax Law would be a definite plus.
