Social network you want to login/join with: Field Service Engineer - Italy (Milan), Milan Client: Sungrow - EMEA Location: Job Category: Other EU work permit required: Being Field Service Engineer (FSE) in Italy (possible locations Milan or nearby areas) is an exciting role since you are the superhero our clients need. Supporting resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and site services. Supporting the RFM/PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services. Delivering support and service solutions for our customers. Performing all onsite installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance, testing, upgrades, or rework activities. Ensuring up-to-date documentation, work instructions, and processes for existing and upcoming service contracts. Providing feedback through service reports and suggesting corrective actions. Supporting onsite resources (FSE and SP) during commissioning and services. Managing service tools and ensuring calibration. Taking on call duties, including weekends and nights. Your profile To excel in this role, you should have: Education as Electrical Technician or Engineer, with knowledge of ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage, electrical conduits, etc. Italian & English skills at least B2 level. H&S training for electrical construction site access. Willingness to work on call and travel 60% of the time.
