Il candidato ideale per questa posizione ha maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Systems Engineer/DevOps/Solutions Architect. Il ruolo prevede la responsabilità diretta dell’analisi, progettazione, implementazione e gestione di infrastrutture Cloud complesse per conto dei nostri clienti, garantendone la qualità. Inoltre il candidato lavorerà a stretto contatto con il team di sviluppo di beSharp per il supporto al delivery automatico delle applicazioni e delle infrastrutture sottostanti.

Lavorerà anche a stretto contatto con il Team Sales supportandolo tramite stime e progettazione High/Low Level Design.

Tutte le attività verranno svolte, assieme ai colleghi, dall’ufficio di Pavia (PV), con la possibilità di brevi e sporadiche trasferte su territorio italiano ed europeo.

All’interno del ruolo le attività principali che verranno svolte avranno particolare focus sulle seguenti aree:

  • Automation
    • Buona conoscenza dei principi della Continuous Integration e della Continuous Delivery;
    • Conoscenza dei principali framework di IaC
  • System Administration
    • Esperienza come sistemista GNU/Linux
    • Esperienza come sistemista Windows
    • Padronanza dello scripting Bash/PowerShell e di almeno un altro linguaggio (Es. Python)
  • Principi di progettazione
    • Capacità di applicazione del principio di Design for Failure nella progettazione delle infrastrutture
    • Capacità di produrre stime accurate
    • Conoscenza profonda delle best practices architetturali per sistemi di piccole, medie e grandi dimensioni
    • Capacità di diagnosticare un problema con metodo scientifico
  • Capacità relazionali
    • Collaborazione, sinergia e rispetto e supporto ai colleghi
    • Propensione ad adattarsi ai cambiamenti
    • Capacità di trasmettere efficacemente ai clienti e colleghi concetti correttamente formalizzati

Le competenze richieste per questa posizione sono:

  • Esperienza su tecnologie Cloud di tipo IaaS, PaaS e SaaS, su almeno uno dei principali Cloud Provider (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Padronanza delle tecnologie per infrastrutture web (Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, Load Balancers) e relativi protocolli ( TLS, WebSocket, REST Api)
  • Padronanza dei principali database SQL e NoSQL: PostgreSQL 12+, MySQL 5.7 e 8.0, MongoDB;
  • Buona conoscenza del networking e dei principali protocolli
  • Buona conoscenza dei diversi tipi di storage in Cloud
  • Buona conoscenza dei principi di sicurezza informatica e di gestione delle identità
  • Conoscenza delle metodologie agili e dei principi DevOps
  • Conoscenza degli strumenti del versioning del software e strategie di branching
  • Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta (livello B2 o superiore)
  • Ottima capacità di lavoro in team e in autonomia
  • Capacità di relazionarsi direttamente con figure tecniche e manageriali del cliente
  • Passione per l’informatica e la tecnologia

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

  • Laurea magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o equivalente
  • Piena e approfondita conoscenza di Amazon Web Services
  • Esperienza nella gestione di infrastrutture virtualizzate (Vmware, Xen, KVM)
  • Esperienza nella gestione di infrastrutture hardware (Server, storage networking)
  • Conoscenze di networking avanzate (BGP, IPSec, 802.1Q, IPS, WAF)
  • Conoscenza dei tool di configuration management (Es. Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack)
  • Conoscenza di Docker e strumenti di orchestrazione (Es. Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
  • Conoscenza dei tool di infrastructure provisioning e infrastructure-as-code (es. AWS CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform)
  • Conoscenza dei tool e dei servizi di monitoring infrastrutturale e applicativo (Es. AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, DataDog)
  • Conoscenza di principi e pratiche di Project Management
