Quality Assurance Specialist – Food Industry
The selected candidate will join the Quality Management team and play a key role in ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards across the entire production chain. The role involves close collaboration with multiple company departments to support the maintenance and continuous improvement of processes, actively contributing to the development of a strong and sustainable quality culture.
Monitor and verify compliance of production processes with quality and food safety standards.
Manage non-conformities and perform root cause analysis, defining and following up on corrective actions.
Draft, update, and maintain Quality Management System documentation.
Train staff on GHP and GMP practices and actively promote the development of a Food Safety Culture.
Strong passion for quality and a proactive, quality-oriented mindset.
English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
At least two years of experience in similar roles within the food industry or related sectors.
Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools, especially Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
Degree in Food Science and Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related disciplines.

Quality Assurance Specialist – Industria Alimentare
La risorsa selezionata entrerà a far parte del team Quality Management e avrà un ruolo chiave nel garantire la conformità agli standard qualitativi e normativi lungo l’intera catena produttiva. Lavorerà in stretta collaborazione con i diversi reparti aziendali per supportare il mantenimento e il miglioramento continuo dei processi, contribuendo attivamente allo sviluppo di una solida e sostenibile cultura della qualità.
Monitorare e verificare la conformità dei processi produttivi agli standard di qualità e sicurezza alimentare.
Gestire le non conformità ed effettuare analisi delle cause radice, definendo e seguendo le azioni correttive.
Supportare le attività di audit interni ed esterni.
Redigere, aggiornare e mantenere la documentazione del Sistema di Gestione Qualità.
Formare il personale sulle pratiche GHP e GMP e promuovere attivamente lo sviluppo di una Cultura della Sicurezza Alimentare.
Almeno due anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi nel settore alimentare o affini.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B2 o superiore.
Forte passione per il ruolo e orientamento alla qualità.
Conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B1 o superiore.
Almeno due anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi nel settore alimentare o affini.
Familiarità con strumenti di collaborazione e produttività, in particolare Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Conoscenza operativa di SAP o di altri sistemi ERP.
Laurea in Scienze e Tecnologie Alimentari, Biologia, Chimica o discipline affini.
