YOU’LL DO AT MIDSUMMER

  • Plan, manage, and bring to the next level amazing on-page and off-page international SEO projects (for both e-commerce and lead-generation businesses)
  • Build and maintain client relationships, lead weekly/monthly meetings, and adopt a proactive consultative approach.
  • Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders (content creators, developers, designers, and PPC teams)
  • Participate in SEO audits and pre-sales strategies for prospective clients
  • Train and mentor future SEO stars
  • Support the growth of our SEO department and the agency

REQUIREMENTS

You are:

  • Resident in Italy and have an EU Working Permit (for boring bureaucracy stuff)
  • Fluent in English. Knowing how to order a draft beer in London would not be enough. (Please declare if you are native or possess C1 Certification or have lived in a foreign English-speaking country)

MUST HAVE

  • 2 years of agency-side SEO experience
  • Strong understanding of both technical and content SEO
  • Experience with GA4, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog and similar tools
  • Not afraid of becoming our Head of SEO in the next year or two

BIG PLUS(ES)

  • Experience with SEO implementation for Shopify, Prestashop, Bigcommerce, Magento, WordPress, or custom websites
  • Additional languages (Italian, German, French, Spanish, or any others)
  • Experience with copywriting AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
